Amazing!!! My first time doing this class and I really enjoyed it. Jonathan was great at guiding us through the class, while also providing modifications and tips for focus. Felt very beginner friendly as well. Would definitely take this class again! The immersive aspect was very cool and nice. I liked that it was more spacious that the Yonge studio.

    PILATES BURN

Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

I enjoyed this sweat flow class more than the other sweat flow I attended at Chi Junky. Amanda's energy felt more warm and welcoming than I'd previously experienced. Farley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

Pure bliss! If you’re looking for a way to melt away stress and experience deep relaxation then look no further! This was, hands down, the best sound bath experience I’ve ever had in the city. The instructor has a relaxing voice and it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for letting go of the day’s stresses. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. It was the perfect antidote to the daily grind. I highly recommend checking out this sound bath.

Sanya is an excellent instructor - safe, detailed and accessible cues were always provided alongside modifications or "options" for more or leas challenge. First time to this studio and I was more than impressed with instruction, reception and facilities. Looking forward to many returns!
