see all reviewsI tried out a couple of spin classes while I was visiting over the holidays. The front desk team and instructor here were by far the most welcoming/helpful group I’ve experienced outside of my home gym. My only comments are that the sound system sounded like it was playing off of an iPhone so there was 0% bass and that they should be stricter about people getting up to leave mid class. I’ve never been to a spin class where people got up to “fill up their water” then come back. Both of these things really affected environment that the team was working really hard to promote. Overall, the best experience I’ve had a spin class in the Midwest so I definitely recommend!

In general, you will never leave Kor 4 without an incredible high intensity workout and significant calorie burn. I would recommend that they turn the music down a bit as it is quite loud which could damage hearing. if the music could also be turned down before and after class, it would allow more opportunity for conversation to develop connections with other clients.
