see all reviewsStaff was super nice as is the studio itself, class was high energy and had a nice range of moves. There was a good amount of people in class but there was enough space to not feel like you were hitting into one other. It didn’t feel too cliquey which is important to me. The instructor gave reminders on form often which I appreciate since personally get lazy and need them lol

see all reviewsGena is a very grounded gentle instructor. We also had an assistant for this class and at the beginning they asked if folks were ok with being touched / have their posture adjusted. I liked the flow of the class and Gena would offer modifications for certain poses so I did what was comfortable for my body. They provide blocks and blankets. You have to bring your own mat (maybe there’s one to rent but I didn’t check) and I’d recommend bringing a towel cause my mat was getting slippery from sweat. The room is heated to about 80-85 degrees which didn’t feel too hot but does get your warm for the practice and during as well.

see all reviewsDianna’s class truly always hits home. She guides the perfect blend of a physically challenging asana practice (like really hard but in the best way) and wildly deep invitation to go inward and connect to your highest self. I’ve been coming back to her class for over 15 years and it only gets better.

see all reviewsMozhon had a very calm and soothing presence. The class was well guided and it was a full class. The room is set to a slightly warm temperature. They provide mats, blocks, blankets and straps. There’s also a water refilling station. You would need your own towel and water bottle. For this class we used blocks and a mat. Even though it was Hatha yoga there were some Vinyasa like flow elements to it.

see all reviewsI’ve only tried yoga one other time before today, but this session was truly life-changing. I plan to start practicing regularly after experiencing the many benefits of yoga. The studio itself was wonderful—great location with plenty of parking, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. As a beginner, I was able to follow along with ease, which speaks to the quality of the instruction. I highly recommend Summer Moon to anyone looking for a top-notch yoga studio in the area.

This was my first in-person barre class and it was so fun! The movements were great, challenging but I didn’t feel like I was going to die AND the playlist that was going was amazing, I seriously couldn’t stop dancing and singing along. 12/10 recommend this studio— especially a class with Peggy!

see all reviewsThat was one of the most fun and challenging classes I’ve been to so far! I love seeing a community of women coming together to uplift each other and though I was new, both Alison and the other students were welcoming and encouraging. A few things to keep in mind - bring your own towel, water bottle and mat cause otherwise you will be doing the warmup on their carpeted floor where others have walked with shoes (including you) and I wish I had got my mat. And anytime a workout is new or challenging or triggering any past pain or injuries you are given modifications.

Hot Barre
see all reviewsLoved the element of yoga that was incorporated into this clas. Liz really made sure we had stability & that we were holding our poses correctly which is so meaningful in Barre since the movements are so high intensity. I definitely got the quintessential barre “shake” more than once & the warmth added a nice challenge along with making my muscles feel way more relaxed afterwards. The cool towel at the end was *chefs kiss* If you’re newer to Barre this class would be a great introduction since you’ll have that extra care in getting the poses right.
