see all reviewsThis class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

Her description and demonstration of movements helped to target the areas we were working on, and she made sure to advise of what kind of feeling should be present when performing a specific movement to ensure accuracy. Great instruction and I will certainly return for her class again another time.

see all reviewsFarley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

see all reviewsPure bliss! If you’re looking for a way to melt away stress and experience deep relaxation then look no further! This was, hands down, the best sound bath experience I’ve ever had in the city. The instructor has a relaxing voice and it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for letting go of the day’s stresses. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. It was the perfect antidote to the daily grind. I highly recommend checking out this sound bath.

see all reviewsI wasn’t sure what to expect from Mental Shreds since the class description was vague, but I ended up loving it! The experience combines contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge), breathwork, and low-impact toning. We started with 20 minutes in the sauna for breathwork and self-massage, followed by a 90-second cold plunge. We repeated this, adding some Pilates-style toning in the sauna, then ended with a final 10-minute sauna rest. The instructor, Shreds, was supportive and explained each stage well. It’s a mental challenge—especially enduring 20 minutes in the heat and 90 seconds in the cold—but I’d definitely go again. Just remember to bring a large water bottle! Worth trying if you enjoy hot-cold therapy and want to push your mental limits.
