    PILATES BURN

    Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

    Mahsa’s Reformer Sculpt and Tone class is amazing! She’s super friendly, knows her stuff, and makes the workout fun while really pushing you.     My mind felt so refreshed after class and ready to start the day. Workout was the perfect amount of challenge btwn strength and control. The instruction was occasionally confusing but the instructor offered lots of helpful feedback/correction. It would have been useful to have all the moves on the screen for reference.
