Power Flow 75 Min
see all reviewsPragnify is the best yoga studio I’ve been to in Seattle. Classes are consistently good. I love that most instructors incorporate yoga philosophy, breath work, and mudras into their practice. Fernanda’s class was not super challenging but still felt amazing afterwards. The hand adjustment helped a lot.
