    BODYPUMP™

Really great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.

Two Left Feet | Introductory (Capitol Hill)

This class was amazing for beginners, and Derrick was a great instructor. I have basically zero dance experience and it was just what I was looking for. Also the studio is so cute and decorated so nicely! Will definitely be back

    [SERIES OR DROP-IN] Handstand Foundations

Jenna’s workshop is great, she paid attention to each individual and was able to point out the details that they need to modify to make the handstand happens. Its a great!

[Beginner][K-pop Dance] Woke Up - XG

The actual instructor was late, but another instructor took over the warm-up in their place. The warm-up felt thorough and engaging, and once the appropriate instructor showed up, we went straight into the choreography. The teacher did a great job breaking down the steps/moves and checking in to see how everyone was doing. The class was full but comfortable with enough space to move. It was held in the Armory, and I parked in a residential area that has free parking about a ten-minute walk from the building, near Rabbit Rabbit. I did feel slightly out of place (i.e., like a dinosaur lol) as it felt like all of the students were college age. However, I enjoyed the class and recommend it!
