see all reviewsThis was my first time taking a yoga class and I really enjoyed it. I did Slow Flow with Danielle and it was a great workout! I would really recommend this class for beginners. The room being warmer definitely helped to make the class more difficult, but it’s perfect for those who want to get a sweat in without over exhausting your body.

see all reviewsThis was my first class at CPY and first ever heated class. I was a bit nervous that it would be too intense for me but it was a great experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever sweat so much but it was comforting to see people taking breaks. The music was fun, Mae was easy to follow and explained everything and the 60 minute class flew by! I’ll be back for more🤗
