    This was my first class at CPY and first ever heated class. I was a bit nervous that it would be too intense for me but it was a great experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever sweat so much but it was comforting to see people taking breaks. The music was fun, Mae was easy to follow and explained everything and the 60 minute class flew by!     First visit to Madabolic was great! Took the Durability class and felt I got a good workout. Hannah was friendly, quick to answer my questions, and made sure I was using correct form (which I appreciated since some moves were new and I’m just getting back into classes.) I was the only one in the small training group class so it felt like I had a personal trainer which is awesome! he crafted a plan specific to my goals and gave me his undivided attention while I was doing my lift to check/correct my form and to motivate me. his classes do not have a "time limit", rather he wants to make sure his clients get their workout in. expect there to be a possibly the class will be longer than an hour. time flew by for the couple hours I was there. I would recommend this small training group.
