Ballet 101 Workshop
see all reviewsI always wanted to dance since I was a little girl. I’ve always loved ballet but my family could never afford it. I danced a little in college but that was 12 years ago. PBT is so welcoming of everyone and all types of people. I am out of shape, 35, AuDHD, and struggle with combinations/timing/working memory. Those things have always made me too afraid to try ballet again since college, but I am so glad I did. Adrian is a wonderful teacher. He is so kind and funny. All the staff I have interacted with at PBT has been amazing so far and I am so grateful that this programming exists. The classes are challenging but fun and are a great way to get some movement back into your life.

see all reviewsLoved the open space to move around! The instructor was so sweet, energetic, and uplifting. I would highly recommend trying it, especially since the instructor gives alternative ways to do exercises. This was my first time and everyone was so kind. Make sure to bring a mat and weights, but they do have some extras in case you need them or forget.

see all reviewsLiv was AMAZING! She greeted me as I came in, gave me tour of the studio, and really just me feel welcomed. I was able to fully immerse myself in the yoga practice because it just felt like such a safe place. The class ended with her putting a little bit of essential oil on you and a rub on your forehead. I will definitely be returning! Ten out of ten!
