The One Hour Experience
see all reviewsSam did such an excellent job bringing the intensity to cycle without sacrificing the fun of it. The playlist was pitch perfect— clearly chosen with a lot of care. The choreo was challenging, but over a 60 minute class, we were given a good amount of breaks to catch our breath before the next climb or sprint. Really wonderful local studio and a great class to drop in on during the holiday break!

see all reviewsProbably my favorite yoga class to date! I loved the studio, instructor, and movements. Challenging but doable. A few poses were too advanced for me, but the instructor offered modifications, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed the music selection. As someone sensitive to scent, the incense did not bother me. Will definitely go back!

see all reviewsI like Brice’s pace for a Friday evening just fine. In the Earth class, there was plenty of space within the poses to release stress with a deep stretch, but not the feeling of an athletic Friday night showdown. More a friendly, breathing, soulful yoga, that gets all things equal again.

see all reviewsPlace was nice and clean. Tiffany was super friendly and a great instructor too. It’s just most of the time you’ll completely depend on verbal cues and I can see that could be difficult to follow for some beginners. Overall a great experience and I think I’ll come back!

see all reviewsLiv was AMAZING! She greeted me as I came in, gave me tour of the studio, and really just me feel welcomed. I was able to fully immerse myself in the yoga practice because it just felt like such a safe place. The class ended with her putting a little bit of essential oil on you and a rub on your forehead. I will definitely be returning! Ten out of ten!

see all reviewsI really loved the flow. It definitely got my heart pumping! Instructions were good, with valuable body queues and breathing queues. space is gorgeous and inspiring with amazing views of the Pittsburgh hills. The only thing I didn't love was the music - music with lyrics during yoga takes me out of the meditative headspace, and the lyrics clash with the instruction, making it more challenging to hear and stay focused on movement. I'll be back!
