see all reviewsGabrielle is one of the best Pilates instructors in Dallas. What sets her apart is her elegance in traditional Pilates training and her attention to detail in each client. It is a pleasure for me to attend her sessions as she is very patient and intentional with her teachings. I recommend her class at R1, as it is also heated and will give you a sweat along with a great burn. Expect to be sculpted, uplifted and walking out a little taller from the studio.

see all reviewsClass was great, challenging, encouraging, etc. my only issue is for new guests they dont really explain where mats go and people just flop their mat down anyway, even directly in front of you. I wish they would have a sign up OR reinforce where mats go on floor so it’s not confusing.

see all reviewsKate is a fantastic instructor. She knows when and how to exert energy through flow and when to emphasize breath. I have enjoyed her classes, I am battling vertigo and Sciatica. Yoga is helping tremendously. I've always been type A and my workouts have been running, hiit, spin and weights. I am learning to exercise differently as I'm in my 50s and "going hard" no longer serves me, mentally or physically. Kate's class is a great, challenging workout!

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the other students were kind and inclusive. The 2 hour master class I attended was challenging, incorporating both Bikram and Ashtanga poses and transitions. Anthony was a warm instructor and I very much enjoyed my time here. if I wasn't from out of town visiting, I'd definitely return.

Christy is an excellent teacher and through her clear instruction, I was able to find deeper connection in my body and find more space in all those sticky spots. My hips, shoulders, and back feel amazing. I love a fast paced vinyasa yoga which is what I’m familiar with but I will now be adding this class to my rotation.

The playlist was perfect—upbeat and energizing, which really added to the overall experience. The class itself was a great challenge, with a perfect balance between working hard and focusing on form. I walked away feeling accomplished and can’t wait to attend again! Highly recommend Trey’s class for anyone looking for a motivating, high-energy Pilates session.

see all reviewsV12 Yoga is a hidden gem in the city. The small class sizes, often with fewer than eight people, make for a truly intimate and personalized experience. On a few occasions, I've even had the privilege of a one-on-one session. Practicing yoga on the second floor of a historic building, with the city skyline as a backdrop, adds a unique and serene atmosphere to each class. One of the standout features of V12 Yoga is the ample parking. Living downtown, I often avoid certain activities because finding parking can be such a hassle. However, V12 Yoga has a private parking lot with plenty of spaces, making it incredibly convenient. Its location near the farmers' market is also a bonus—perfect for grabbing a bite to eat after class. While the small classes are wonderful, you're truly missing out if you haven't tried this exceptional studio. It’s more than just a yoga class; it's an experience.

She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around.
