see all reviewsThis class is definitely challenging, but the sense of accomplishment you get from completing it is incredibly rewarding. It also provides a deep, effective stretch. I had pulled my back while doing yard work the day before, and the stretches in class made a significant difference, providing much-needed relief.

see all reviewsGaiaFlow does a wonderful job of incorporating the yamas and niyamas of yoga into their classes, making them about more than just movement. The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

see all reviewsFirst time at YAM specifically for Christy’s class and it was exactly what my body needed. Christy is an excellent teacher and through her clear instruction, I was able to find deeper connection in my body and find more space in all those sticky spots. My hips, shoulders, and back feel amazing. I love a fast paced vinyasa yoga which is what I’m familiar with but I will now be adding this class to my rotation.

see all reviewsIt was so nice. My mind felt empty for the first time in a long time. The session I had was not like other session, it was longer hold times and not as intense. I got a good stretch in and was able to understand my body a bit better of what was tight etc. didn’t realize how much I needed it
