see all reviewsThis slow flow class was PERFECT, each position we took a few breaths in and moved at a pace that was engaging and relaxing. Some poses were thrown in with more challenging variations, a great mix to feel warm and strong. The instructor Lauren gave pointers for posture and body placement that helped me get the most out of each pose. The music was a nice addition without being distracting. It was a cold morning outside (40 F) but the studio was very comfortable without being too hot.

Jill explained different ways to do the poses that was comfortable for each individual. My plan is to go every week to Candlelight YIN. Great class to start your week off or a midweek energy boost.

see all reviewsIf you haven’t been to Forth Studio yet - you need to go. This studio is doing everything right. Amazing teachers, bumping community, prime location right at the intersection of Logan Square and Avondale, and great sequences. The class I did today was a blend of the Breathe and Restore modalities. It was a great introduction to breathwork for me followed by a soothing sound bath. The only negative is sometimes the classes book out ahead of time, so make sure to save your spot early. Thankful I found this community. I will be back to try their yoga and strength training classes!

see all reviewsMuch slower paced than I’m used to, but I think that’s because it was my first 90 min class, and by the middle/end, I had felt soooo good! I also appreciated Lucy’s instructions regarding proper posture/alignment for poses. I’ve done all the poses before many times, but because she took the time to provide some education, it felt like I still learned a lot! Thanks Lucy!

see all reviewsInstructor was very nice and welcoming. I’m taking one star off due to finding the actual location. There is minimal to no signage to try and find the entrance. The description on location is incorrect. It is not next to or near a State Farm. You’ll have to circle the building on foot to find the unmarked door.
