see all reviewsAly continues to be one of the best instructors in Chicago. If you get a chance to take her class, run don’t walk. Her ability to build a fun, butt-kicking hybrid of yoga flow and sculpt with weights? Perfect every time. You leave with a big calorie burn while feeling stronger than before. And she leaves time for proper cooldown which so many teachers don’t remember to do. Not to mention, Ina’s cold cloths with lavender and lemon infused in them that Aly places on your forehead while in shavasana is the chef’s kiss. I’ll be back again next week. I’m hooked.

see all reviewsThis slow flow class was PERFECT, each position we took a few breaths in and moved at a pace that was engaging and relaxing. Some poses were thrown in with more challenging variations, a great mix to feel warm and strong. The instructor Lauren gave pointers for posture and body placement that helped me get the most out of each pose. The music was a nice addition without being distracting. It was a cold morning outside (40 F) but the studio was very comfortable without being too hot.

see all reviewsI always enjoy going to this class. Heat is great and there is enough room to spread out and not feel like your exchanging sweat with your neighbor. This teacher was good. However, some white noise would go along way to block out the neighbors noise which is very distracting when trying to be zen.

This class focuses heavy on HIIT/sculpt which is why I love it so much. Hands down my new go to instructor and sculpt class in the city. I’m hoping that they start to offer this class 2X daily. 🤞🏾🤞🏾

see all reviewsIf you haven’t been to Forth Studio yet - you need to go. This studio is doing everything right. Amazing teachers, bumping community, prime location right at the intersection of Logan Square and Avondale, and great sequences. The class I did today was a blend of the Breathe and Restore modalities. It was a great introduction to breathwork for me followed by a soothing sound bath. The only negative is sometimes the classes book out ahead of time, so make sure to save your spot early. Thankful I found this community. I will be back to try their yoga and strength training classes!

I learned so much from Charlie about some specific pains and tight areas of my body I struggle with and left with practical home exercises to improve them. Charlie is very knowledgeable and motivated me to get working on some imbalances in my muscles and joints that we identified during the class. You get a lot more than you sign up for with this one!!
