The Mash Up Express
see all reviewsEverything was so good about Maddy’s Mashup today! Loved the heavy weighted 2 90’s to split squat to knee lift for balance back to 2 90’s, … and ending on split squat with front heel lifted. It was such a burner! Also, Maddie’s warm spirit warms up the coldest of days! The best!

see all reviewsHighly recommend! This is a beautiful yoga space. The owner is so welcoming. And it feels more like traditional yoga where the instructor emphasizes the integrity of the poses, as opposed to some of the more athletic yoga classes that have popped up downtown but don’t teach anything about form. I left feeling challenged and sweaty! It was a great class!
