    I tried out a couple of spin classes while I was visiting over the holidays. The front desk team and instructor here were by far the most welcoming/helpful group I’ve experienced outside of my home gym. My only comments are that the sound system sounded like it was playing off of an iPhone so there was 0% bass and that they should be stricter about people getting up to leave mid class. I’ve never been to a spin class where people got up to “fill up their water” then come back. Both of these things really affected environment that the team was working really hard to promote. Overall, the best experience I’ve had a spin class in the Midwest so I definitely recommend!

    Really nice gym. The equipment is boujie and the space was clean. Great lighting and lots of space. The class was three 12 minute circuits. I got a good pump in but didn't think it was very challenging, just a guided weightlifting session. Kemper was a great instructor and was attentive with everyone in class.
