Sound Bath Journey IN YOGA STUDIO

This was the best Sound Bath I have ever experienced. Each sound got better and better and I would absolutely join this Sound Bath again. It was also my very first time at the studio and it definitely felt like a sacred space and I was filled with gratitude for having been led there. I also want to say thank you too. The wonderful woman who greeted me and got me settled in, I felt very taken care of. I thought I had come prepared, but she offered me an eye pillow and some additional props to ensure I was as cozy as can be including an extra blanket and bolster and pillow. My favorite part was when the crystal harp was played on my body, and I got to feel the vibrations. I am so grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the next opportunity to experience it again.

Gena is a very grounded gentle instructor. We also had an assistant for this class and at the beginning they asked if folks were ok with being touched / have their posture adjusted. I liked the flow of the class and Gena would offer modifications for certain poses so I did what was comfortable for my body. They provide blocks and blankets. You have to bring your own mat (maybe there’s one to rent but I didn’t check) and I’d recommend bringing a towel cause my mat was getting slippery from sweat. The room is heated to about 80-85 degrees which didn’t feel too hot but does get your warm for the practice and during as well.

    Happy Hour Flow

This Class was everything I want in a yoga class—great pace, clear instructions, music that matches the flow and isn’t overwhelming. Room was warm but not too warm. Monique guided us through breath by breath and felt like a welcoming coach. Will return!

Great full body mat pilates class with a cool down & savasana at the end. Bridges, core work, arms with weights, planks, cardio. We did most circuits 3x through for anywhere between 30-50 seconds each. I’d say for intermediate pilates folks.

This was my first time taking an intense hot yoga class and i’m so glad I went! Try to go early otherwise you’ll have to wait past the 5min warm up to enter & get a good spot. The room is heated so bring a towel and lots of water!
