    In Person Iyengar (All Levels)

Amazing. As an avid yogi and yoga instructor myself I really appreciated the instructor’s emphasis on alignment and break down of the poses. I learned so much in this class. It is always a treat to attend classes at this gem of a studio. I live in east bay and no other studio there can compare to Nandi. Such a privilege to attend a class there when visiting the Peninsula!

Monday Candlelight Yoga & Dinner at Bhakti SF

Chris’s yoga class was a truly transformative experience. The Jivamukti flow wove together yoga philosophy, kirtan, and meditation in a way that felt deeply spiritual and grounding. It wasn’t just a class—it was a journey into the heart of yoga. The post-class complimentary vegetarian meal brought the community together, creating a space to connect, share, and extend the energy of the practice. BhaktiSF radiates love, devotion, and connection, and I’m so grateful to have found this sacred space. I’ll definitely be returning to continue this beautiful journey with the community. Namaste! 🙏🏻✨
