see all reviewsThis was my first time taking a barre class. I arrived 15 minutes early and the desk girl was welcoming and explained everything to me before class. The space was a lot smaller than I expected, but seemed to be kept very clean! I was prepared for an intense workout, but this classic class was way more intense than i ever anticipated! It is also very fast paced, so as a first timer, it’s a little tough and I had to take a few breaks (and this is coming from someone who goes to the gym frequently and was a dancer for 10+ years) The instructor was very helpful and corrected me on my form as needed. It was nice to see I wasn’t the only Newbie in the class from classpass. If you are looking for a killer workout, definitely give this a shot

see all reviewsI always feel great after Yin yoga. Marina filled in for Kandace today. Didn’t really like her teaching style. She talks through each pose and it was distracting as Yin is supposed to be more quiet, still and contemplative. The heaters were on in class. The class description states that it’s not a hot class. I did get my stretch in though, regardless.

I've tried almost all of her classes and they are always a great workout, but never the same. I can't believe how she's always creating new content, researching new exercises, keeping it fresh.
