This was, hands down, the best sound bath experience I’ve ever had in the city. The instructor has a relaxing voice and it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for letting go of the day’s stresses. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. It was the perfect antidote to the daily grind. I highly recommend checking out this sound bath.

see all reviewsI wasn’t sure what to expect from Mental Shreds since the class description was vague, but I ended up loving it! The experience combines contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge), breathwork, and low-impact toning. We started with 20 minutes in the sauna for breathwork and self-massage, followed by a 90-second cold plunge. We repeated this, adding some Pilates-style toning in the sauna, then ended with a final 10-minute sauna rest. The instructor, Shreds, was supportive and explained each stage well. It’s a mental challenge—especially enduring 20 minutes in the heat and 90 seconds in the cold—but I’d definitely go again. Just remember to bring a large water bottle! Worth trying if you enjoy hot-cold therapy and want to push your mental limits.
