    Amazing gym and great class!! The gym itself is super clean and modern with very nice locker rooms and showers. I was welcomed by Noon, who was incredibly friendly and showed me around. Trainer Title was a perfect instructor and always made sure my posture was correct, while making the class super fun. Excellent experience, highly recommend and will definitely come back :)

    Class was DOPE!!!! This was my first time at Pulmo, but not doing CrossFit. I must say, the attention and care that they give their athletes are TOP NOTCH. Tee was my instructor and she makes sure you get the lift properly and not put too much of a strain on your body. Maurice is motivating!!!! When you wanna quit, he won’t let you. It’s not allowed. The energy was great. I highly recommend!
