see all reviewsDaria is a great instructor- she took time to speak to everyone to understand how their body felt, any injuries etc. Really warm and professional. Walked around to check individual form throughout and had good knowledge of the body and hoe to engage muscles etc. The flow was very smooth and had a good level of challenge so I felt stronger and better posture after. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsThis class helped me manage breathe control when using a mixture of technique and momentum. It was at as easier level but not without many challenging movements for all abilities of dancer. I am focusing on less athletic dance which doesn't challenge my asthma too much but instead challenges aspects within my control like musicality, style and technical application.

see all reviewsThis was my first class with Frankie and she was so lovely and kind. I was a bit nervous about this class, thinking it would be a bit too much. But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!

see all reviewsSuch a great class! It’s built around effort zones, which means it really allows you to focus on the work. It’s a mental exercise as much as a physical one! Raquel is great in guiding and motivating you to push your limit, but you are the one that really has to do the work!

see all reviewsAngelo is a very experienced dancer and teacher, who clearly knows what he is doing and has had lots of additional qualifications (for example royal ballet school). As per usual my weakness (centre work and turns) made some exercises really hard for me. I also know it always takes some time to get used to a teaching style so I was expecting the first class to be tough - i would def say this class is more intermediate than beginners (as stated in description). I do think taking this class regularly will improve my skills though - so I will come back to try again. I would advise to wear layers for warm up in the winter months, and to bring some resin for your shoes as the floor is quite smooth (the resin in the studio appeared to be empty). The studio was clean (love the no shoes policy) and the rest of the group seemed nice and welcoming.

see all reviewsSonal is a great teacher. The timing before the next move is great! She’s watching everyone and correcting them throughout, which a lot of instructors don’t do. The classes are thorough and you feel as though you’ve worked out (which is what I want) without feeling out of your depth. A class for life.

The room is definitely too small for the number of students, however the atmosphere was very welcoming with no prior experience expected. I think I’ll try to find a smaller, more focused basics class instead of re booking here, but mostly due to the location.
