see all reviewsJessie has a calm and light hearted aura which is encouraging during tough moves. I like her sharp eye for corrections on our form and movement despite the full class and her asking which body part workout we like to end the class with. The studio lights are intense, would be more conducive for the default class lighting to be less bright esp when we are lying down :)

The class was not too commercialised and kept some traditional yoga elements. After attending so many classes all around island, I can say it’s one of the best instructor I’ve ever met in Singapore.

see all reviewsThe studio is frankly quite confusing to locate. But the workout itself was SUPERB. The instructor was such a sweetheart and her flexibility and fitness is so impressive. We used a yoga ball throughout which added a little instability and made the workout nicely challenging. This is relieved first time I did yoga and actually felt a burn. Would love to come here again!

She gives suitable modifications for students who are facing difficulty doing certain poses. She is also very friendly and as someone with zero knowledge on pilates, this is definitely a very good foundation class, though it may be a bit tough on beginners or people who don't really exercise. Will definitely go for Sammy's class again as I enjoyed the class a lot!

see all reviewsIt’s an amazing class conducted by Master Manoj who went around to each student to let them stretch more and correct their alignment. When came to the peak pose such as King pigeon, master spent more time on each student to help them go into the final pose. His students are so great and almost all are achieving it with little help. We also used the wall as the prop and master also had his students as well as himself to demo on how to go deeper in pose, how to relax and where to engage. Amazing class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Change of clothes to exercise wear is not needed as you'll be lying down on the floor for the whole hour.
