see all reviewsVery good class once again. Renee is very fluent in yoga terms and practices, and did an outstanding job of guiding us and making us feel welcome. I love how this studio seems to keep the vibe leaning more toward traditional yoga vs the modern classes that you often see which, to me, feel more like a HIIT class than yoga. Lastly, both instructors I have taken make sure you know it’s your class and it’s “even okay to sleep if that’s what you need” - I love it. 💯
