see all reviewsGood beginner yoga classes. The instructor’s explanations and queuing were great. A little too many people were attending the class, for my liking. However it was a Sunday at the beginning of the year. I imagine it will thin out a bit as time goes by.

see all reviewsAna Marie Corona is a wonderful instructor. The pacing of her class is just right, while still maintaining a challenging class. Moreover, her sense of humor is refreshing and adds to the enjoyment of the class. Love the essential oil and positive words of affirmation as well. Overall, I would come back to practice due to my very pleasant experience.

see all reviewsI recently attended a Yoga 101 class, and it was an incredible experience. I’ve taken a few yoga classes before, but they mostly focused on performing poses. This class, however, was entirely different. The instructor, who is a very knowledgeable and skilled teacher, shared a wealth of yoga insights with us. She taught us how to systematically practice breathing techniques and adapt our bodies to the movements. I learned so much about yoga in this session and finally understood how to truly control my body through breathwork and posture. She was also extremely patient and attentive, taking the time to guide each student individually. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of yoga.

Taking us to that sweet spot of half asleep; one that is deeply healing to the nervous system. Yasary’s voice was steady, calming, and nurturing; and she was well skilled with the sound bowls. The accompanying music that she selected also paired beautifully. I cannot wait to return.
