    Y6 Slow Flow

First timer in Job's slow flow class. The instructor is solid, and the yoga class is challenging enough for beginners and others. It is best to practice at your own level and modify whenever.

    Yoga Basics (in-studio)

Good beginner yoga classes. The instructor’s explanations and queuing were great. A little too many people were attending the class, for my liking. However it was a Sunday at the beginning of the year. I imagine it will thin out a bit as time goes by.

Ana Marie Corona is a wonderful instructor. The pacing of her class is just right, while still maintaining a challenging class. Moreover, her sense of humor is refreshing and adds to the enjoyment of the class. Love the essential oil and positive words of affirmation as well. Overall, I would come back to practice due to my very pleasant experience.

    Yoga for EVERY BODY

One of the best explanations of pranayama but the rest of the class was classic vinyasa—face laced with little time for explanations, breaks or perfecting the poses. Instructor was such a sweetie!

I do really like this studio! It’s beautiful & super clean. This teacher was lovely. She had a nice pace and I like her voice which is a weird thing to say. But it’s soothing. Great class.

Great full body mat pilates class with a cool down & savasana at the end. Bridges, core work, arms with weights, planks, cardio. We did most circuits 3x through for anywhere between 30-50 seconds each. I’d say for intermediate pilates folks.

    Y6 Sculpt & Flow

Erika is an excellent trainer (this has probably been my favorite hot pilates class ever!) but this class is not for beginners - I saw so many people struggling the entire class so if this is your first time trying hot Pilates, I recommend letting her know & going at your own pace (or trying a different trainer first because her class seems for advanced students). We used bands, light weights, blocks, & a towel. Full body workout! Parking lot behind the studio, water filling station, & cubbies for your stuff are available.
