She made sure to tailor her instructions with small fixes so you can modify your body positioning right when you are starting the move, rather than correcting when something doesn’t feel right. There are lockers, a water station and street parking. The facility is nice and new. Highly recommend bringing a towel. The class was very intense. The instructor had good energy. Just wished he would have walked around more to help the people with their form and technique. But we all definitely had fun and got a good work out.

see all reviewsGreat class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!

This class, however, was entirely different. The instructor, who is a very knowledgeable and skilled teacher, shared a wealth of yoga insights with us. She taught us how to systematically practice breathing techniques and adapt our bodies to the movements. I learned so much about yoga in this session and finally understood how to truly control my body through breathwork and posture. She was also extremely patient and attentive, taking the time to guide each student individually. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of yoga.
