When it’s a 40 min workout I hate waiting on the instructor to give me direction about where we’re going for the next move. Alisa tells you in advanced so you don’t waste time getting there.

Definitely recommend her class, it’s a full workout. I like when teachers give hands on adjustments, so maybe add more of that.

She offered thoughtful modifications that helped me ease back into the flow, and her attention to form was incredible. She took the time to help me adjust and feel confident in each movement. I would have enjoyed more improvement cues and individualized feedback from the instructor, and a couple of times, more info was needed about body positioning (specifically, with the sidelying move... it was unclear how to best orient my body on the platform, and I suspect I had it wrong because my glutes were not firing). I loved the class, the studio was beautiful and I plan to rebook

Her cues were clear and easy to follow. I love how she walked the room and gave so many adjustments. Another plus, her music choice was so great. I will definitely be booking again!

Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. I’m tempted to buy a class pack with Define. Rachel made my experience with Define fantastic.

I really appreciated her going around the class and learned everyone’s name & asked the purpose of our attendance.

see all reviewsGood flow, directions not always clear but I think that’s how all Lagree classes are. Instructors give directions while counting down to next exercise. This was not unique to her, this is every Lagree class. Also please ask before hands on form corrections. I don’t mind them but I like to be asked first. Great workout overall & instructor was nice.
