see all reviewsI can write a novel on how amazing ametrius is, but I’ll try to keep it short, haha! I’m more of a cardio girly so I don’t have the strongest arms and I’m not the best with choreo by any means, but ametrius is extremely helpful and has a way of making the class 1. Fun 2. Challenging and 3. Motivating! It’s easy to see yourself mess up/ look funny and to stop, but ametrius has a way of not making you feel embarrassed and motivating you to keep going. I really recommend taking this class!

Definatley would reccomend this gym and will try other classes. I went to this gym with previous experiance but I am sure a beginner would be able to take this class.
