    Heated Mobility

This is my second time taking Heated Mobility. Aliyah taught the class in a more active way than my previous experience but it still provided a lot of good stretching along with some minor strength training movements. I think it's still good for beginners and she was very open to people modifying as needed.

I would have liked the person running it to give more direction and support as it was a new environment for me and I didn’t know where I needed to be to complete the actions. Though it was a good simple workout, just being in a new space can be nerve wracking and uncomfortable for a new comer.

Restorative Mobility and Yin Yoga (RESET Recover)

The best yin yoga class I’ve been to, I just loved it! Tamara integrates breathing with deep, slow yoga moves that really stretched and restored my muscles. She was so welcoming and kind, was very clear in guiding us, and even finished the class with a soothing 10-15 sound bath during shavasana. The class was candle light-style, which created a peaceful vibe. I was feeling so relaxed and zen afterwards. RESET is such a cool gym too, with an open and modern style. Maggie who manages the gym was there and was incredibly nice, making me feel right at home. And there’s lots of free parking in their parking lot. I can’t wait to go back!

Teamwork truly makes the dream work at this place! I absolutely love the supportive atmosphere that encourages us to rely on each other's energy. It’s like a Mr. Miyagi-style mentorship, pushing us to grow and improve together. I felt incredibly motivated during the workout, and now I'm feeling the burn—but in a good way! I’m already looking forward to my next sessions, which I’ve scheduled. Highly recommend!
