    Dynamic Flow

Amazing class with a great teacher. Every time I practice with this teacher, she creates a good flow with different variations for all levels. She gives great hands on assists during the class in a very gentle way. 10/10. I‘ll be back!

    Pilates Reformer/tower

The traditional reformer is my least favorite type of reformer but hopefully with time it will change and I will grow to like it. I was hoping to work with the tower a bit (my favorite ) but it wasn’t part of the sequence I think. I found it a bit challenging but overall it was a good workout, today’s session was more core focused but I am sure I will definitely feel it tomorrow meaning it was a great workout regardless! This was my first time taking a Pilates reformer class at this location although I’ve taken other classes here. I enjoyed the city views and Spencer was helpful and clear in his instructions as always.

    Yin + Yang Yoga

After 4 years out off yoga (and always a beginner level yogi) I was a little anxious and nervous but this was AMAZING! Wether you are a beginner or a pro I would definitely recommend this class to connect with your body, it has the perfect balance between intensity and relaxation, no doubt I will sleep like a baby tonight! Gracias Dorita :D

    Mat Pilates

Reid was cool. Very helpful! the space was small and very stuffy when I came in. I often had to apologize for accidentally touching someone next to me because of how cramped it was when the class was full. Reid said that he was a sub for Madeline. I'll be back either way, because I enjoyed the class.

Great breathing and meditation before and after class that will ground you in your practice. But the crowd can stress you out if you don’t know what to expect 😅 it was such a full class someone’s feet can be right by your face, so come early if you want a good spot

    Noir Power

Nyasia’s class was such an honor to be a part of. I appreciated their approach to the class- incorporating setting intentions and meditation without it feeling imposing or rigid. Everything felt intuitive and flowed seamlessly. In terms of power yoga, this class didn’t feel as strenuous as other studios i’ve been to. But I wasn’t disappointed by what was offered. I still got a sweat in. Their cuing was easy to follow and the class was a great way to start off my day. The studio is super clean, easy to find and they provide mats and blocks. There’s also a water station. Highly recommend! So glad this studio opened up in the neighborhood.

Really like this space. It’s comforting and I’m able to really focus. I’ve taken classes with a number of teachers and have liked them all. Jess and Kyla definitely fit what I’m looking for in a Vinyasa class. Kelly is so great for mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

Manuel rocks. He leads and guides you through some aggressive, intense stretching - much needed in my stressful life and after strenuous lifting/running. He provides welcome adjustments through tactile and verbal feedback on your bodily positions as well. Take his and Angelica’s classes! They complement each other’s styles.

I love Ashtanga. I’ve been out of practice and it’s so great knowing there’s a studio so close by. The instructor helped me get deeper into my stretches and encouraged us to breathe into our postures. I’ll definitely be back. #classpassinsider

Kinda confusing to find but nonetheless, I had a very relaxing and engaging session. I am healing from a herniated disc that caused sciatica (I’m in my 20s) so it was a very difficult phase in my life where I wasn’t able to ambulate my entire left side of the body. Now that I’m healing and getting back into light physical activity, I took it easy and tried my best and built tolerance. It helped as her poses and activity are easy to follow along! I’m glad I took this class as a beginner!

    Candlelight Yoga

I think I had a sub that day because Theresa was listed but I had a wonderful instructor named Wendy. I absolutely Wendy. It was my first time back inside a yoga studio in 8 years. And the evening candlelight class I had with her was an amazing restart. She realized I couldn’t do inversions because of a health condition and gently inquired and was completely understanding when I whispered back why. The room is rather small but clean and calming. It’s also located inside a physical therapy building - use the back stairs. I hope all the instructors are just as amazing!
