see all reviewsThis was the most healing restorative class ever!! Holly is such a wonderful instructor, you can feel her calming presence immediately. I loved the freedom of expression in her class and how she gave lots of options to explore what feels good for your body. Her manual stretches throughout class helped so much. I thoroughly enjoyed the sound bath at the end as well. A must if you need a bit of TLC for your body and mind!

see all reviewsGaiaFlow does a wonderful job of incorporating the yamas and niyamas of yoga into their classes, making them about more than just movement. The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

see all reviewsInstructor was great at setting the tone and vibes of this relaxing deep stretch class. I did poses I haven’t done in other beginner type courses, and it was pretty awesome. The instructor did a really good job of walking you through the poses, helping to transition from one to the next, providing guidance and adjustments as necessary. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsLoved loved loved this class. Yes, the workout was great and challenging, but what impressed me was the instructor’s attention to every single person in that room. She wasn’t just coaching us, she was speaking life and encouragement beyond the physical. She even sent me my first-timer group selfie with a sweet message attached - that was the cherry on top. :) They are a community and it shows! It was dope! This was the first review I’ve ever written out like this. I usually just give my stars lol. But I had to say something - it was THAT awesome! :oD

see all reviewsThis class was not what I was expecting. If you're looking for something more like Title or Ding Ding, this isn't it. It's a true boxing class that focuses on paired sparring the whole time. When I arrived and that was explained to me, I didn't feel prepared or comfortable enough to participate. Thankfully they were understanding and nice enough to still let me use the equipment to work out on my own.
