    Women's Self-Defense (Jiu-Jitsu Basics)

My best and most favorite Classpass choice thus far!! Highly recommend for ALL women who want to learn fundamental techniques for self-defence and deescalation. [fair warning: super beginner here and I got muscle soreness and minor bruises the day after, so be prepared for an intense class. But it's all worth it because the rewards are the survival skills and the sense of hope and empowerment.]

Class was great! It’ll definitely make you sweat. I like how Coach MJ made sure I was doing all the exercises correctly and adjusted some of them to my fitness level. Class felt a lot like being at the gym with a personal trainer.

    No Gi BJJ - Beginners

Super welcoming and friendly community! I love how Prof./Coach Linus guides and breaks down the drills and moves in such a clear and encouraging way but keeps it challenging! An awesome mix of student demographic as well (I got partnered up with a 13 yr old who air choked me and coached me how to do things properly haha! So inspiring!!). Clean facility and there's parking right in front of the building. Will definitely come back! Oss 👊

    Gi - Fundamental Class

Beginner Friendly! They also have gi rentals available if you don't have. Fundamental drills were done and the sparring sessions aren't too intense. The members there were helpful and nice.

    Basics (No GI)

THIS is THE Jiu Jitsu class to go to! I learned a lot from just one session, but I am so excited to book another as soon as it was over. Beginner-friendly as Coach Mark taught us fundamental stances and techniques, but be prepared for serious muscle soreness the next day lol 😅 It was surely challenging, and doing the drills and sparring rounds felt awkward at first, but by the end of the class you'd feel empowered and strong. ♡
