see all reviewsEmma was sweet, helpful, and funny. I enjoyed the class, the beginner mat class definitely focuses on form and articulation. Parking was easy, they have a parking lot for the building and it was easy to find parking. When you walk into the studio, there’s no lobby; you walk straight into the studio itself. I borrowed a mat, most people brought their own. But overall, great class.

see all reviewsLove the class, was fun. The class felt a little bit more advanced for a starter since it’s more of a freestyle type class. Maybe go on their direct site and take a beginners class first. Also recommend take knee pads also. But definitely should try out.
