Studio is a bit dated and doesn’t really have any amenities like some other studios. The workout was good though - not too challenging, but well rounded. Just keep in mind there’s other mat and private Pilates sessions happening next to this class so that may be distracting for some people

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Daniel is a great instructor. Very fun and structured. He provides good guidance throughout the class and ensures your form is good! 10/10! Best Pilates class. The Acro movements on the Cadillac reformers feel amazing for my back (I have scoliosis!)

    Reformer Classical Flow

Really great first class! It was a bit hard to find because the apartment building wasn’t open yet so we had to get buzzed in. There was also no label saying the studio was on the third floor. But other than that, the class was nice. It wasn’t too difficult, felt more like a stretching class than a strength building. Our instructor was very kind, she didn’t correct our forms though, I wish she did so I knew if i was doing things correctly. Very beautiful studio!

Feel It Reformer - (focused technique)

Really enjoyed Dani’s class she was very form and breathing focused. Her movements weren’t repetitive or boring either and her modifications were on point for difficulty level adjustments. Def coming back for her class. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Open Level Pilates Reformer/ Tower Class

The instructor was lovely. Very thorough and detail oriented, which I liked a lot. It was just a little too slow paced with too much explanation for my liking personally. I think it would be great for beginners or those who like a slower practice.

Joy gave good and clear instructions. She also went around to correct our forms and did her best making sure we weren’t hurting our lower back which I really appreciated. I was late for the class (so sorry!😢) and wish I had been on time to get more out of the class because I really enjoyed it! I will be back and will be on time! Thanks Joy!

    Spring and Suspend: Pilates Strength

I did not expect to work up a sweat but to my surprise it happened! This class was tough! I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

    Reformer + Chair: Intermediate

This class was phenomenal. Tarryn was challenging but not defeating. She offered some really hard moves to level up but also just as effective modifying moves. I wish this class was earlier in the morning so I could take before work. I just so happened to be off on a random Monday so I was lucky enough to take this!

    Reformer All Levels (Asante Room)

I thought ash gave a great class. I wouldn’t really recommend it for true beginners but she gives tons of options to make it harder or easier. What I didn’t like is that class started and ended early so around minute 38-39 of teaching she went into “pick your own stretch” and a cooldown which is WAY too short of a class imo. Class ended around 42-43 minutes due to the late start and early end but there wasn’t programming that whole time due to the stretch. This class would be perfect if it actually lasted 45 minutes as advertised.
