see all reviewsThe intro class here is much more informative than other Pilates studios provide during their intro/beginner classes. We went through a ton of different moves for every part of the body, even though it was just an introduction to their machine and equipment, it felt like a full body workout! The moves are faster paced than traditional Pilates and the instructor was so nice and helpful!

It’s nice because you get good heat in the room like hot yoga but get to do a combo of yoga, flow poses and sculpting! I just wish they had the class available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after 1 pm!

see all reviewsI enjoyed the ambiance of the studio. I felt welcomed and accommodated by the receptionist and instructor. They were very informative and kind. The studio room is beautiful and as soon I walk in I felt the heat but it wasn't overwhelming. I learned alot during the class and I did poses I was scared to try on my own and it was amazing experience. Justine was great she made sure you breathed and gave different modifications for the poses. And she also very encouraging throughout the entire class. I will definitely take another class. I rate it a 10/10 !!!
