Glad I did, instructor was the toughest I have ever taken, pushed hard but offered modifications without making me feel guilty. Also I was surprised it has two studios in the one space. Highly highly recommend visiting. Well done class pass for finding this studio.

see all reviewsAs a woman who is solidly in her mid 40s, I was quite nervous about a total body HIIT class at Flight. Fortunately, Ally was the instructor and she’s really warm, genuine and encouraging. Even though the class was pretty much at capacity, she took the time to encourage every single student - she’s so awesome!!! ♥️. The class was tough but there are ways to modify. Ally’s playlist was super fun - mashups of Bon Jovi, Coldplay - really helped me get through the stair portion of class. Everyone should try Ally’s class!!!
