see all reviewsThe instructor was wonderful. Basic sequence for beginners with a slow pace. Huge value add to have a sound bath at the end. Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.

see all reviewsBrianna’s class was excellent—I loved it! She’s new to Buddha Bella, but not new to teaching, and it definitely shows. It was refreshing to experience a flow that felt similar to the usual sequence, yet different enough to be stimulating, engaging, and challenging. Her pacing and cues, combined with the heat, made for a terrific class. Great job—I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsThis was honestly more advanced than I was expecting (in a good way). We did a really interesting and challenging mobility flow that gave the option for side crow, grass hopper pose, and forearm stand. It was a nice change of pace from the classic Corepower C2 flow that always feels the same. It’s an intimate studio, the light coming in the morning was really nice. Enjoyed it!

see all reviewsThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

see all reviewsWhat a gem. The studio has the ambiance of a cute boutique, but is spacious with showers, changing areas, and a large studio with a wall of windows to practice. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the other students were kind and inclusive. The 2 hour master class I attended was challenging, incorporating both Bikram and Ashtanga poses and transitions. Anthony was a warm instructor and I very much enjoyed my time here. if I wasn't from out of town visiting, I'd definitely return.

see all reviewsThe class was great! Very relaxing and slow, just what I needed from a yin class! The studio itself is kind of hard to find. I went to the sauna entrance on accident and it was a whole kerfuffle. The door that says Rooted Heart in huge letters right above it is for the sauna business and the yoga studio is an unmarked door to the right of that. Very confusing!

see all reviewsI always love Abigail’s workouts. 10/10 for her. I will say Indie as a whole has a few things that happen consistently which have contributed to me frequenting the studio less often. 1) lack of timeliness - they let people trickle in late which leads to class starting and ending late. 2) less common of an occurrence but the front desk people sometime vacuum, chat, etc during savasana which would be fine any other time of class while music is pumping but is disrupting during your final rest posture.

see all reviewsReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time
