Instructor was kind and attentive with a great playlist. The facility is brand new, easy to find and check in process was clear. We’ll be back!

The streets of NY are getting scarier by the day and Coach John does an incredible job of walking you through multiple scenarios and how to approach these dangerous situations. I left the class feeling more sure of my capacity to stand up to my assailant, and he taught us some Jiujitsu and Muay Thai moves as well. I will be attending many more. Highly recommend!
