see all reviewsHonestly, this is my first pregnancy and I was not expecting to have this much lower back pain as I’m a pretty active person and lift 3 times a week before and during this pregnancy. Turns out - it happens to everyone! Desperate for some relief, I came to this class to stretch my back out and maybe meet some other pregnant ladies - I’m totally addicted. Instructor is fantastic, encourages us to take breaks if we need it, but it’s truly gentle enough for any pregnant mama.

Slow movements, which reminded me to be present in the moment and gentle with myself. I loved the ambiance of the room and the soft instruction delivered by the instructor, Janay. I will definitely be back.
