    Nice & pleasant instructor, enjoyed her routines which weren’t too complicated becoz it kept me motivated when I felt something was achievable. My only gripe was the studio conditions especially lighting towards the end of the room which were juz too bright. Please change to dimmer bulbs. Hurts the eyes especially when I’m lying back on the reformer looking up. Also gave me a headache . Not sure if the air condition was working as well coz it was juz hot in there unlike before. Hope management will look into these issues I highlighted & get them get fixed soon . Thank you!

    I liked it more than I expected. :) It’s basically Pilates on steroids. I think the class size at HV is just right where the instructor is able to go around to adjust your form quite a bit. Unlike traditional pilates that go by reps, they count down for each move (like HIIT). The cold towel at the end is a nice touch. :) Can consider coming here if you’re looking to switch it up from your usual pilates, but maybe won’t recommend anyone totally new to pilates to start here (would be better to start with traditional pilates to get your form right first).

    Awesome! Lya’s yoga flow instructions are straightforward, concise and adept. Even though the class is called Senang Flow , it can be challenging to flow seamlessly without wobbling, ( for someone who is out of shape and has low stamina like me🫠) but Lya would offer options and actively corrects your poses. You would have to hold each pose for 30 seconds or so before going to the next pose. The class moves at a moderate pace ( not too slow and not too fast) and you will definitely work up a sweat. I had a good yoga workout and would love to participate again 💪🏼✨

    You'll always get a great bodypump workout with Albert. His class is challenging and at the same time he is super motivating and humorous that you'll actually enjoy the process. Attending his class regularly will make you stronger week by week. When you attend regularly, he will call you out if you're going too fast or even to push a little bit further but it's always in an uplifting and motivating way. He always gives options using bar, weights or just bodyweight so it's suitable for all levels. I really enjoy his class! 💯💯💯

    The instructor is very nice , and looks like he puts a lot of heart into this class, thank you! The songs are all really enjoyable. The speed & simplicity of the steps is just right (other instructors here tend to like very fast beats) - I really appreciate this because it gives me opportunity to jump in a correct form and push myself to jump stronger / more intensity.
