    Yoga: Emotional Release + Meditation

Wonderful class that incorporates movement, breath work, sounding and sound bath. I felt a big release of grief and I left feeling integrated and peaceful. The space is beautiful and feels amazing. Highly recommend it.

    Back to Basics/Beginner

This was exactly what I needed as an intro back into yoga. Loved that it was a little more stretching. Nice small class. The environment feels inclusive and humble, like I can just focus on my own practice. I really look forward to coming back.

    Heated Vinyasa

Great first impressions here as someone with a regular hot practice. Solid pacing, balanced and dynamic flow, and temp was just right (effective and sweaty but not suffocatingly hot). Parking is $2 with validation in the garage off Navy.

    Restorative Yoga

The restorative yoga class gave me a really good stretch that helped me unwind from a busy weekend. Claire the instructor was very empathic to the classes needs. Great space, my only suggestion is blinds on the window to tone down the streetlights.

    Adult Bak Fu Pai

I’ve never done Kung Fu but, thanks to class pass, I had the opportunity to go and try it. Was interesting to learn a new culture of being in a space, the basic movements and have an hour of focus. The instructor invited curiosity about Kung Fu and their integration of herbal medicine, so we had a very fun chat after class was over. Thanks, Nick!

Introduction to Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan

I liked that the class was outdoors, with sunlight, fresh air and a nice. slightly brisk breeze. I appreciated the small class size, and how peaceful the movements were. It was my first time, and the instructor was clear in his instructions and positive with a touch of humor.
