see all reviews7:30pm Thursday lifting class was perfect! Lifting heavy deadlifts, then go into cardio. As a woman it perfect. My clothes were soaked so I knew it was a great session. The Spanish instructor was very helpful and showed he cares about you!

My bad though, I didn’t know this belong to the kings college and is catered for students- which makes total sense giving they charge less than half the credits other gyms are charging on classpass
