see all reviewsI had an amazing class with Sou sensei. He explained everything well and demonstrated the techniques so I could easily follow along. The staff in general is very warm and kind and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the gym. The gym is well appointed, pristine, and the locker rooms have showers and other amenities to make your experience comfortable. A major plus for me as well is that they have English services so you donât have to worry if you donât speak Japanese and can still train with ease. I had such a wonderful experience learning kickboxing that I plan to go back more often. I recommend this gym, please try it!!!

see all reviewsI went to a beginnerâs class as I did not have any experiences about kick boxing before. It was really really good. The coach is very patient and I really like the training he designed. Also the changing room and shower is very very clean. I will definitely come back!!!!

Even though the background of the gym is a bit noisy I was able to focus really well, which means a lot coming from someone with ADHD. Definitely will be back!

see all reviewsThank you so much Nate for teaching Kali, Nunchaku, and amazing Jeet Kune Do techniques!! His technique was amazing and his moves were impressive, like Bruce Lee. When I told him that I practice kickboxing, he very kindly taught me some Jeet Kune Do moves that I could also use in kickboxing, and I was impressed by the speed of Jeet Kune Do. I was also very interested in the move of pretending to block and then attacking directly. Most importantly, Nate has a great personality and makes learning very enjoyable, so I would highly recommend his class!
