One thing keep me returning here is the cleanliness. The cleaner very efficient and make sure the sweat before the class was wipe clean for the next class. But recent 2-3 weeks, I observed many sweat remaining on the floor or beside mat which is very unhygienic. Probably the cleaner agency is change. Understand the room is quite huge and the cleaner required more time. but something really can improve.

see all reviewsKenneth's Elevate class is one of the better ones I have attended at YM and I have attended quite a few some of which were not very well thought out and felt all over the place. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!
