I think with a few more classes I’ll feel comfortable standing on the bike. The instructor was more focused on your comfort than getting all the moves correct which was comforting for a beginner.

The outdoor temp was 30, but the containers are blocked from the wind and enclosed enough that they were at least 45 degrees. I was warm in a sweatshirt and beanie.

About 40% boxing style work out, i think it kept its shape while providing variety. I had never been to this class before, or this type of work out, and I felt welcomed by class members and instructor. She took time to make sure I was keeping pace and showing modifications that I needed. For reference I currently am 30, 200lb, work out once a week and trying to incorporate more strength training, train 4 days per week with different class styles that are fun. The facility is very clean and has cubbies for personal belongings. Free parking right out front. Will be returning weekly! Recommend 10/10.
