    I like that the instructor was very informative on her directional ques and helped correct when needed. Her cheering you on makes you want to keep going. unfortunately the reformers are close together so some moves I couldn't do a full range of motion because I didn't want to hit the person next to me.

    I recently had my first Pilates class ever at Total Core, and I loved it! The class was the perfect balance of challenging but totally doable for a beginner like me. It had a great mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, and the pacing felt just right—intense enough without being too much. I also appreciated how the class focused on both movement and breathing. Cheryl, the instructor, was awesome! She was super warm and welcoming, and her positive energy kept me motivated the whole time. As a newbie, I really liked how clearly she explained everything and gave tips to make sure our form was on point. Plus, she took the time to check in with each of us and offered modifications. The other attendees were friendly and encouraging as well. The studio had such a calming vibe. It was spacious enough to move around comfortably. I’m already excited for my next class!
