Deb is incredibly knowledgeable and motivated me in every step of the way and made me feel comfortable. She provided clear guidance and helped me maintain correct form. It had a great mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, and the pacing felt just right—intense enough without being too much. I also appreciated how the class focused on both movement and breathing. Cheryl, the instructor, was awesome! She was super warm and welcoming, and her positive energy kept me motivated the whole time. As a newbie, I really liked how clearly she explained everything and gave tips to make sure our form was on point. Plus, she took the time to check in with each of us and offered modifications. The other attendees were friendly and encouraging as well. The studio had such a calming vibe. It was spacious enough to move around comfortably. I’m already excited for my next class!
