There was a lot of beautiful meditation and connection to the body and understanding chakras which are the energy systems of the body and taking time and intention to clear them. I love that she has the class face away from the mirrors and it’s so much about body confidence and compassion. The choreography is fun, freeing and easy to follow and there’s a part of class that feels so centering and healing. I also love the instructor who is so warm and welcoming and holds space in such a caring way. Honestly I love all the instructors at The Wave. They’re all so friendly and kindhearted, unique and creative and it’s awesome getting so much variety in the classes and options here.

I was intimidated at first but everyone was really welcoming, especially the trainer Taylor. She was fantastic, she put extra attention to me to make sure I was doing the exercises right. She was very motivational to make sure I wouldn’t give up. This was a challenging class but I really enjoyed it and will be back. You can tell that it has a supportive community!

My massage also included some Back massage which was amazing because my back had some SERIOUS knots but my masseuse applied the perfect amount of pressure in the right areas to help me leave their establishment feeling both extremely relaxed and in less pain than I was before.
